SMS Sender

  • High delivery rates: Our SMS delivery rates are high. You can further improve them by avoiding “spam-like” messaging. Don’t use phishing-related keywords such as giveaway, free, claim, etc. Write your message in a way that doesn’t appear deceptive or fraudulent. You can also use our AI to help generate safer, more natural wording.

    • Avoid inserting suspicious links in the SMS message.
  • Sender ID regulations: In regions such as the USA, obtaining a custom Sender ID is difficult because it typically requires KYC for each customization. Sender ID requirements are often less strict in some European countries, and our provider may not require KYC for Sender ID customization there.

  • Message filters: Message filtering works similarly to the delivery-rate guidance above. To reduce the chance of being flagged by our 3rd-party provider, avoid suspicious-looking sentences and keep the message clear and natural. Use normal, straightforward wording and avoid anything that could be interpreted as phishing or scam-related content.

  • Using our SHADOW AI: Use our SHADOW AI to help rewrite your message in a way that is less likely to be flagged. You’ll receive the same meaning and context, but with alternate wording that may pass SMS sender scam filters more easily.

    • Example prompt: “Your example message that you want to send.” Check this message and change it so it doesn’t get flagged by scam detectors on SMS senders, but don’t change the context of the message, only rewrite the words.
